Booking, Prices and Payment
Are your prices fixed, or could I be charged extra at the end?
Every price is fully fixed and all-inclusive — driver, fuel, road tolls and parking are all covered. The amount you see when you book is the amount you pay, with no hidden fees and no surprise charges at the end.
Can I book a full-day tour?
Yes. A full-day Hanoi city tour (8 hours) is 1,600,000 VND (≈ $61) with the SUV (5 seats), 2,000,000 VND (≈ $76) with the SUV (7 seats) and 3,000,000 VND (≈ $115) with the Executive MPV, with overtime at 150,000–300,000 VND (≈ $11) per hour by vehicle class. Custom routes across Northern Vietnam are quoted on WhatsApp before you ride.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
You can pay the driver directly in cash (Vietnamese dong) once the ride ends — bank transfer in Vietnamese dong is available if you prefer, and we can issue a VAT invoice for company bookings — just ask on WhatsApp. Either way there is no need to enter card details online — we do not accept credit or debit cards — and the agreed price never changes.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
You can adjust or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your trip. Just message us on WhatsApp and we’ll take care of the rest.
Noi Bai Airport Pickups
Where will my driver meet me at Noi Bai Airport?
Inside the arrivals hall, at a numbered pillar we send you on WhatsApp before you fly — Terminal 2 for international flights, Terminal 1 for domestic — where your chauffeur waits with a name board showing your surname. Send us one message over the airport Wi-Fi as you leave baggage claim and we make sure he is standing at that pillar when you walk up. What if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
We monitor your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically — if you land early we’re already there, and if you’re delayed your driver waits as long as it takes, free of charge.
Does starting from Noi Bai Airport cost more than starting from the city?
For northbound routes — Sa Pa, Ha Giang, Mu Cang Chai and Ba Be — starting from the airport costs the same as starting from central Hanoi, because Noi Bai is already on the way north. For Ninh Binh, Hai Phong, Cat Ba and Ha Long, the drive from the airport is about 20–30 km longer than from central Hanoi, so the fare is higher accordingly: 100,000 VND (≈ $4) more per direction for an SUV (5 or 7 seats), and 200,000 VND (≈ $8) more for the Executive MPV.

Will the driver actually be on time?
Punctuality is the foundation of our service. Your chauffeur is scheduled to arrive before the agreed pickup time. We operate 24/7, so early-morning and late-night transfers run on the same standard.
Is the vehicle clean and comfortable?
Every vehicle is air-conditioned and cleaned before each trip. The SUV (5 seats), SUV (7 seats) and Executive MPV are held to the same standard, with bottled water and cold towels on board. Luggage capacity by class: 4 large suitcases in the SUV (5 seats), 5 in the SUV (7 seats) and up to 7 in the Executive MPV.
I’m worried about my luggage. Is it safe with your drivers?
Your chauffeur loads and unloads every bag, keeps the vehicle locked whenever you step away, and checks the cabin with you before you leave.
On the Road
Can you help plan my route or recommend places to visit?
Yes. Our drivers know Hanoi and the northern routes well and will suggest stops, viewpoints and places to eat along the way.
I’m travelling with a small child — can you provide a child seat?
Yes. We rent child seats for 300,000 VND (≈ $11) per day. Just tell us when you book and the seat will already be fitted in the car when we pick you up.
Is the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum open during my visit?
Viewing inside the mausoleum is held on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday mornings only — there is no viewing on Monday or Friday. Note that the mausoleum is closed for scheduled maintenance from 4 September to 2 November 2026 and reopens on 3 November 2026. Ba Dinh Square, the Ho Chi Minh Museum, the One Pillar Pagoda and the Presidential Palace grounds stay open throughout, so a Hanoi city tour still covers the complex. What “All-Inclusive” Covers — and What It Does Not
Included in every quoted fare: the car and chauffeur, fuel, all expressway tolls and BOT station fees, parking, bottled water and cold towels, and airport meet & greet with flight tracking and free waiting time when your pickup is at Noi Bai.
Not included, and paid by you on the day: entrance tickets and boat fees at destinations (Trang An, Bai Dinh, Tuan Chau); ferry and cable-car tickets on the Cat Ba route, plus the taxi on the island side; meals for you and your party; hotel costs; child seats, which are 300,000 VND (≈ $11) per day on request; and, on overnight itineraries, the chauffeur’s accommodation, which is added to the package quote before you confirm. Overtime beyond the hours in your package runs 150,000–300,000 VND (≈ $11) per hour by vehicle class, agreed in advance rather than charged as a surprise.
