How Much Does a Noi Bai Airport to Sapa Private Car Cost?

The fare includes fuel, all expressway tolls, parking and your chauffeur. Waiting beyond the agreed schedule is charged per hour: 150,000 VND (≈ $6) for the SUV (5 seats), 200,000 VND (≈ $8) for the SUV (7 seats) and 300,000 VND (≈ $11) for the Executive MPV. Parties of up to ten can be quoted an 11-seat DCar Solati limousine, and up to fifteen a 16-seat van, both at the Executive MPV rate; larger groups travel in two vehicles, quoted separately. In the Kia Carnival Signature the two middle-row seats recline deeply into what Kia calls one-touch relaxation mode — a deep lounge position rather than a flat bed. In the 9-seat DCar van four of the seats fully recline as massage seats and the others recline only a little; in the 11-seat Solati six of the seats do. The Route and How Long It Really Takes
The drive runs on the Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway (CT05). Google Maps gives roughly 287 km and 4 hours 20 minutes of pure driving on the fastest car route. We quote about 5 hours door to door, because the map figure does not include your pickup, comfort stops or traffic at either end.

Which Direction Works Better?
Noi Bai Airport → Sapa
Sapa is about 287 km from the airport, roughly 5 hours door to door on the CT05, so your landing time decides whether you arrive in daylight. Send the flight number and we track it; if the flight runs late, the chauffeur is still in the arrivals hall when you come through. If a late-evening arrival in the mountains does not suit you, the same transfer can start from your Hanoi hotel the next morning instead.
Sapa → Noi Bai Airport
Flying out, count backwards from your departure: about 5 hours on the road plus the check-in time your airline asks for. Tell us the flight when you book and we set the pickup at your Sapa hotel with that margin built in, so you are not watching the clock on the descent.
Dcar Limousine From the Airport to Sapa, and Back
The Executive MPV is the cabin most groups book on this route and the one people search for by name: a 9-seat Dcar limousine van, or a Kia Carnival for parties of up to seven. Both sit in the same price class and the vehicle is assigned to your party size, confirmed in writing before departure. Executive MPV rates from Noi Bai are identical to the Hanoi city rates.

Do we pay a deposit?
No. Nothing is paid in advance, in either direction. You pay the fixed fare at the end of the ride, in cash (Vietnamese dong) or by Vietnamese bank transfer. Cards are not accepted.
Can we stop along the way?
Yes. The Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway (CT05) has official rest stops, such as Phuoc An at Km 22+900 and Tuan Tu at Km 57+500, with restrooms and food, and the chauffeur will also stop wherever you ask. Short comfort stops are not charged; waiting beyond the agreed schedule is charged at the hourly rates listed under What Your Fare Covers.
Do the drivers speak English?
