Most people arriving at Noi Bai for Ninh Binh lose half a day to it: a transfer into Hanoi, a night in the Old Quarter, then a bus south the next morning. There is no need. How Much Does a Noi Bai Airport to Ninh Binh Private Car Cost?

The fare includes fuel, all expressway tolls, parking and your chauffeur. Waiting beyond the agreed schedule is charged per hour: 150,000 VND (≈ $6) for the SUV (5 seats), 200,000 VND (≈ $8) for the SUV (7 seats) and 300,000 VND (≈ $11) for the Executive MPV. Parties of up to ten can be quoted an 11-seat DCar Solati limousine, and up to fifteen a 16-seat van, both at the Executive MPV rate; larger groups travel in two vehicles, quoted separately. In the Kia Carnival Signature the two middle-row seats recline deeply into what Kia calls one-touch relaxation mode — a deep lounge position rather than a flat bed. In the 9-seat DCar van four of the seats fully recline as massage seats and the others recline only a little; in the 11-seat Solati six of the seats do. The Route and How Long It Really Takes
The drive runs on the CT01 North–South Expressway (Hanoi – Ninh Binh). Google Maps gives roughly 121 km and 1 hour 55 minutes of pure driving on the fastest car route. We quote about 2.5 hours door to door, because the map figure does not include your pickup, comfort stops or traffic at either end.

For the Executive MPV the day package is 3,000,000 VND (≈ $115) cheaper than two one-way airport transfers, and the driver waits at Trang An, Bai Dinh and Tam Coc instead of dropping you and leaving. Executive MPV package rates from Noi Bai are the same as from Hanoi city.
Airport day packages carry a flat 200,000 VND (≈ $8) supplement over the Hanoi city rate, covering both airport legs — so the SUV (5 seats) is 2,000,000 VND (≈ $76) against 1,800,000 VND (≈ $69) from the city, and the SUV (7 seats) is 2,200,000 VND (≈ $84) against 2,000,000 VND (≈ $76).
